Due to COVID-19 and Social Distancing please utilize all of our online services. 

  • You are REQUIRED to complete the online application for a marriage license and online application for Assumed Name Certificates/DBAs before coming in to the office to complete the process or you will be turned away.  You may need to clear your CACHE on the computer to utilize the marriage license forms.

  • You can mail in recordings, birth and death certificate requests, and request for a copy of your marriage license.

  • The May 2020 Election has been moved to November.

Juvenile Payments

Juvenile information is confidential. Please note that we can only discuss fees and information that YOU are ordered to pay. If you are not the one ordered to pay, we will not discuss anything with you, even if you are the spouse.

 

Brazoria County Juvenile Collections department gives you several different options on how to make your payments.

  3. 24 Hour Drop Box
  4. Online Credit Card Service

**Note: if you have an open writ for your arrest, the only credit card option you have is to come to our office to pay, but the cardholder must be present to sign credit card transaction sheets.

  1.  In Person
    • Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M
    • We accept cash, money orders and cashier’s checks
    • NO PERSONAL CHECKS

       

  2.  By Mail
    • We accept money orders and cashier’s check
    • NO PERSONAL CHECKS

  3. 24 Hour Drop Box

           Is Located at:     Brazoria County Courthouse
                                        111 E. Locust St.
                                        Angleton, TX 77515

    • The drop box is on the Chenango Street side of the courthouse next to the front doors. (Brown box mounted to door area with mail slot). 
    • Please be sure to put your name and juvenile cause/case number on the envelope, money order or cashier’s check. 
    • Payments will be processed and posted to your account the next business day.

     

  4.  Credit Card
    • Payments can be made via Certified Payments
    • It can only be done by internet 
    • The bureau code is: 9060463
    • Payment Type: JPDF
    • Account number must have the "JV"
    • We accept Mastercard, Visa & Discover
    • Payments will be processed the next business day
    • **Note - this is a third party company and there is a convenience fee that will apply**

If you have a writ of attachment out for your arrest, the only credit card option is to come to our office and make payment. We will process your payment and have the cardholder sign accepting the charges to the card.
