QUESTION: I BOUGHT DOCUMENTS FROM THE WEBSITE, HOW LONG CAN I PRINT
We encourage customers to store their images on their personal
computer for future use.
These images are available to you for one (1) year from the date of
purchase. You will have to purchase these images again after the time

DEATH OR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES?
All of these documents are secured images. There are restrictions
applicable for the purchase of any of these documents.

to find directions for purchase.
QUESTION: HOW DO I PRINT MY PURCHASED DOCUMENTS?
Once you have paid by credit card the document number will be shown at
the bottom of the page. This is a link to the document image and you
may click on this and then print the document(s) you purchased.
QUESTION: WHY CAN’T I OPEN THE IMAGES I PURCHASED?
You need to have software for reading PDF format, such as Adobe Reader
(free), installed on your computer to view and print the images
QUESTION: HOW DO I DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER?
You may go to this link: Get
Adobe to get the free download of Adobe Reader. Look for the Adobe
Icon which will link you to the download.
QUESTION: CAN I PURCHASE SPECIFIC PAGES FROM A MULTIPLE PAGE DOCUMENT?
Yes, it is possible to purchase individual pages from a document. On
the Purchase Document page, the area to the right of the document
information has a Pages to Buy option where you can use the Page Range
field to specify which pages you want to purchase.
QUESTION: HOW DO I GET A REMINDER ABOUT MY PASSWORD?
You can use the email address you set up in your Account Information
(when registering for the website) as the User ID. Once logged into
the site, open the CHANGE PROFILE option to see the User ID.
QUESTION: HOW DO I CHANGE SOMETHING IN MY CONTACT INFO?
After you log into the website, click on the CHANGE PROFILE option in
the menu bar.
QUESTION: DO YOU OFFER MONTHLY OR YEARLY SUBSCRIPTIONS TO VIEW AND
PRINT DOCUMENTS ON THE WEBSITE?
No, we do not offer a subscription service. After purchasing copies
they are available to print for 1 year from the date of purchase.
